Will this anti-wrinkle cream help protect my skin from wrinkles?

I was going to buy this good anti-wrinkle cream but it says that it’s aimed at mature skin to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. But would it work well on me (I’m in my 20′s) to help PREVENT wrinkles? I mean is there a difference in ingredients etc between creams that reduce and creams that prevent?

All anti wrinkle creams do, unless they have a muscle relaxant in them, is provide moisture. If you have oily skin you don’t need extra moisture.
For now I’d just use a good cleanse, tone, moisturizer with no alcohol or chemicals. Exfolilate once a week and use a clay mask twice a month to keep your skin healthy and eat plenty of fresh fruit and veges.
Drink 2 liters of pure non-fluoridated water per day. look at Sophia Loren she drank 3 litres of water every day over her life and not one wrinkle.
