I want to start getting into good habits with my body, health and beauty regime !

I have had truly remarkable success with safe, natural treatments using only pure oils and massage. i,m 63, so a few lines are almost meaningless. you,ve got a way to go. anti aging tips that work for me: exercise. you look and feel better. i do strength training, walks, bike rides. try to keep your weight down. i,m bad for that, but i am trying with weight watchers. i feel better on a reduced calorie, but healthy diet. drink moderately, or not at all. hydrate. don,t use soda/energy drinks to replace water. get some sleep! this is oft ignored. most people are sleep deprived. eat properly. limit fats. avoid junk foods. take a multi with iron. don,t use tons of "health" supplements. if you,re stressed, find a way to reduce stress. take a walk. have sex. careful here. unprotected sex bites lots of people in the ass. one which is ignored by young people. save 10% of your salary for retirement. it arrives faster than you can possibly imagine. the best one. have grand kids. best thing that ever happened to me.
If your starting to see lines it means its either heridetary, or bad diet/life style.
My mom’s secret to looking good is drinking lots (and i mean lots of water), exercising, eating fruits and vegetables everyday, and the most important thing is to moisturize!! especially after a hot shower because the skin gets very dry. she only recently started using anti aging creams! She also sleeps 9 hours a day, sometimes more, which keeps her energized and looking comfortable and good.
those are the main things, other than the natural facial masks…
my mom is 50 and people think she’s in her early 40s.

Fresh, I’m 23, this is what I do: drink 3 glasses min. to keep skin hydrated. Use a sunblock (coppertone, or hawaiian tropics SPF 45 min.) Use a good anti aging lotion; I use Preve by Isabella Pelle. It’s made specifically to combat fine lines/wrinkles. Hope this helps.
In regards to your daily dose of anti oxidant intake, suggest 2 leafy greens ( spinach, and broccoli) yes I know some people don’t like broccoli, but it’s loaded with anti oxidants for the skin. Just put some olive oil on it (steamed) and you are good to go.
Use a good SPF cream with at least SPF 25+
Don’t sun bathe or go to the tanning salon
Exfoliate weekly
DO NOT smoke
Drink plenty of water
Exercise and do not gain weight (Your skin will sag from exessive weight gain)
Eat lots of fruits and vegetables
Use a good daily moisturizer with proven anti-oxidants like Vitamins A, E and C
A good habit is to eat a lot of fruits and vegetables and dont
eat anything greasy. Like fast foods, and a lot of the snacks.
Also you should get on a good regular jogs or something like that
to keep your body healthy and fit.
