I’m approaching 30yrs old and have never really stuck to a daily routine of cleansing, toning and moisturising my face. A wash and thats me done. Now I feel i need to do something about it, probably too late, but I’ll feel like I’m making an effort. Do wrinkle creams really work? What set of products do I need to get? Also, do body toning creams work? I’m so confused by the range of products out there.

anti-wrinle creams do help disguise wrinkles but sunscreen helps stop you getting them int he first place so ideally you should use both (not at the same time!).Try the sunscreen during the day and an anti-wrinle cream at night.

Seriously, i watched “dispatches” programme on channel 4 and they proved that any cream with an spf in it can be marketed as anti-aging!!!!!
So…my advice is wear sun-cream or maybe try a foundation with an spf 15 in it???
