Loreal is the best. It is a bit expensive, but very effective. You may also try Synergie Garnier.

I wouldnt think so its probably actually a good thing to do it might prevent you from getting wrinkles sooner when your older…it will help with your colligen and keep your skin well moisturized and “tight” i guess?

They are actually no ‘best’ wrinkle cream. Some works on you and some don’t. I think you are saying that you have wrinkles on your throat? Well, its not too late to get some products to help depending on how bad is the wrinkle. Almost all the top cosmetic companies carried a neck and throat cream. You could try Estee Lauder or Christian Dior which both are really good. That is why I always advise people to moisturize and use anti wrinkle cream not only on their faces but also their ears, the neck, the arms and the hands.
