You can’t lift your wrinkles with cream, they all say that but its not possible. She can try the following. Use a good cream like Vichy put it on the face, and then lean over and put your hands in your face, nose between hands, and just let the weight of your face pull the face back. Start at the forehead until it feels your eyebrows are pulling a bit upward for about a count of 30, then move your hands to your cheeks, again rest the weight of the head in your hands and then do the same at your chin. After that put a thumbs behind your ears and the rest of the hand on the side of your head and again let the weight of the head to the pulling. You will see an improvement after 14 days.

None of the wrinkle creams are worth a darn…Many new ones contain ingredients that actually ‘tighten’ the skin. (temporarily.) They last a few hours, and have no lasting effects. There was a ‘fad’ not too long ago, where people would actually apply ‘Preperation H’ to their face for the temporary tightening of the skin. If you want real results, see a Drematologist for laser treatments. Restulin or Zyderm..

I’m looking for something preferably with no fragrance or harsh additives. A gel maybe, something that I can keep in the fridge and put on to refresh my eyes in the morning. I am in my 20s but because I have very fair skin, I’m already experiencing sun damage that I’d like to nip in the butt!

It actually depends on what you are trying to accomplish. Some creams offer instant results that last a few hours while others work with your skin for long-term improvement. Also, while one cream may work well for one person, it may not work well for you. I recommend taking advantage of some free trials to find the product that’s a fit for you. Check the source below for some ideas.

there are tons of expensive and inexpensive products at department stores, Macy’s , Walmart…
best natural and cheap products that i personal found very helpful are:
1.egg yolk, grind soybean (or mung bean) paste, a bit of milk. Twice a week will work great.
2.cucumber slices 3 times a week
these are my grandma’s beauty secrets.
