Im 19 and have fine lines under my eyes. They have gotten more deepset and Im so embarrased! I know they are from tugging at the skin from trying to make my eyeliner perfect for years. Im gonna try to be more careful putting on eyeliner but I want to fix the lines i have now. Im too young for these saggy bags under my eyes! I want to use anti-wrinkle cream but i have a question. If i use it, then stop, will the wrinkles return or become worse? If not, then what is a good brand without parabens and that crap? And a good brand for a younger adult?

You don’t really need wrinkle cream, just moisturize every night and you should be ok. and wear SPF in the sun!!
