light therapy for anti aging?

I’m thinking of buying a hand held LED light unit for anti aging. There seems to be 2 products available, Omnilux and Tanda. I’m unsure which is best.
Has anyone used either one of them, or perhaps has information regarding the results of using one of the units?
Thank you, in advance for any help given.
Also, are there any other brands available for home use?

It has a` wealth of information from MD’s and persons who have extensively used LED light therapy.
A product by the name of Shilgjit or Shilajet can’t remember is apparently the number 1 product that is natural for anti aging and everything else good, just order on line because it’s only sold by the US.I think it’s only a tablet once a day or someting how light is that.Ok BOL bye.
