U will look good at 40 because you do care. botox will give more value off course. U will appear more. So … always fresh and always use SPF

If you do those things regularly, you’ll look young for a long time. The earlier you begin to moisturize, the better it is. I started about that time. I’m now 39 and people always think I’m about 30. Just keep up your regiment and you’ll be fine.

Sundamage is the number one cause of agespots, wrinkles and dehydration in the skin. You should be cleansing, toning and moisturising 2 times a day. Althought anti aging things may work somewhat when you have wrinkles they dont prevent aging unless they have spf in them but you should really be wearing a facor 50 in this weather (i do all year round)

I think you keep forgetting your 18!!! If you fret about ageing then it will make you age. Plus you don’t really age until 35. But it is good that you don’t smoke, drink or use sunbeds (thumbs up to that). Try not to moisturise every day as your body might forget to use its own natural oils, try every other day instead? Also ENJOY YOUR YOUTH AND STOP FRETTING.

40 years ago when i was 18 I read in a women’s magazine `look after your face when you are young and it will look after you when you are old’. That was the best advice I have ever been given. I smoke, lay out in the sun and have the occasion drink. I have never put soap on my face as it is an alkaline and dries the skin. I use any cream to moisturise my face. Clarins, Lancome, Nivea, Chanel,Dior, Vichy, you name it I’ve used them all. As long you moisturise after sunbathing you will be ok. I have been told by many people that I only look 45. I can’t lie about my age as everyone knows i have a son of 38! just keep putting the cream on. It will repay you when you are old.

I’m 41. I drink moderately, I smoke and I love the sun. I have been known to use sunbeds occasionally.
Probably, the only thing I do agree with you on is moisturising.
Yet I think I look pretty damn good for my age. Oh, and like most people, I go to work every day to do my lowly, mundane job, so I’m in the public eye constantly too darling.
