How Can I Convince My Mom To Stop Wasting Her Money On Anti-wrinkle Creams?
We all know none of the anti-wrinkle creams don’t work but i feel bad for my mom she keeps spending her money on these creams for her eyes and she’ll feel bad when she has used it all up and it hasn’t changed her look. She’ll say to me often she doesn’t know why she buys them but when she mentions to me about a new cream or whatever she wants to buy i can’t change her mind and she’ll waste her money on them. And it’s like a circle.
I know its her money and she can spend it on what she likes but i hate to see her down i try my best to make her laugh but there’s some things i just can’t do for her.
What can i do to boost my moms confidence?

Tell your mom that you’re supposed to have eye wrinkles when you get older! I’m 48, and the only treatment I use around my eyes is an occasional swipe of petrolatum (Vaseline).
Petro actually works better than all the expensive “wrinkle creams” out there. It moisturizes and forms a temporary barrier to help the skin accept the moisture.
I have been a “product tester” for different types of eye creams (some companies like to experiment on us older folks), and I can tell you that the expensive eye creams do work, although very temporarily. The short-term benefit is just not worth the long-term cost.
Tell your mom that a healthcare/chemistry/biomedical sciences teaching assistant says: Use Vaseline!
