You need to use a firming eye cream..anything with coq10 in it will help. But whatever you choose you need to make sure you are applying it morning and night.
Yes applying moisturizer everyday and nite wll help… Olay has some fabulous products out… go to thier site Olay.com and they will tell you exactly what to do … just fill out the questionairre…its fun and informing… I just started my skincare plan from them and in 2 weeks have noticed a change in my dark circles and baggie eyes… Good luck
