I’ve read that it’s fine to start in your 20s.
Also, if you really want to prevent wrinkles, UV ray protection (sunscreen) is optimum. Sunscreen along with anti-wrinkle cream should keep your skin smooth for decades (or at least smoother that most people’s).

The earlier you start, the better your results are, and when your in your 50′s your skin will still look like it’s in it’s 30′s
