Can anti aging crems be good for stretch marks?

My mom bought Olay Regenerist and it claimed to boost collagen and some other stuff. I have stretch marks and I would really like to decrease their appearance. Do you think it will work?

I doubt it will work ; but rubbing lotion w/vitamin E in it will get rid of your stretch marks.
Bio Oil really helps. I am currently using it for stretch marks and i have seen results quick!
