Anti-Aging Tutorial
My thoughts on anti-aging products and treatments that do actually work. However, just because i have seen botox in action does not mean i think everyone just have it. I do not. I believe that everyone should be entitled to decide what is right for that them and any talk on anti-aging would not be complete without discussing botox or fillers.

I myself use NV Perricone line of face products and its amazing, google it and check it out. I am a BIG skeptik but his line work amazingly and it’s very well known here in the US. BUT it’s very expensive, but hey if a product works, to me its worth the price. He uses neuropeptides as well as Vit. C ester and other ingredients and yes it does work.
facial yoga can have quite dramatic affects with some people!
i do it ocassionally and it does make a diffference!
Thank you for the video. You have such a nice sincere presence.
For those unfamiliar with Retin-A, it has different brand names in Asia, Europe and the US and, if I remember correctly, is also known as Renova and Retinova. The main ingredient to look out for is Tretinoin which is available in different strengths. Some people with sensitive skin (such as myself) cannot tolerate the stronger version/higher percentage. I can only use it every few days or I start to peel and flake whereas my Asian friend uses the higher strength every night with no problem.
Your skin becomes more sensitive to light too so you need to wear a sunscreen preferably including titanium dioxide or zinc oxide listed as an active ingredient. But it’s vital to wear a sunscreen every day anyway!
YOUR skin is beautiful. You look so vibrant and healthy looking !! Thanks for the wonderful advice on your vid. It’s so true.
LOVE THE GLASSES!!! HOT!!!!!
OMG… I did not know so much can go wrong with Botox, I think the best way to avoid many wrinkles is to start taking care of your face at an early age drink lots of water eat healthy and wear tons of sunscreen this way you can age beautifully. You have to turn this into a ritual no cutting corners and skipping weeks.
Wow, thank you SO much for posting this. I love all your vids, your reviews, and I’ve been learning so much from you. But definitely, this was one of the most informative ones I’ve seen, and especially given you’re a professional, this was time well invested on my part learning this. This is good to know. I feel so much more informed. Thank you for this!
i had a question….although many of these products are unable to get rid of wrinkles, would they be beneficial in preventing them…or are there topical treatments that are used more for preventative measures…?
I’m definitely not in dire need of anything, but i do want to do all i can to prevent wrinkling on my face…
I think the best way to slow the aging process is to wear a sunscreen during the day since UV exposure does speed up the aging process, and to use products that have antioxidants to combat free radicals on the skin which result from exposure to pollution from air, smog & cigarette smoke. Antioxidant products contain things like vitamin C, A, and E among other things. You could also try firming treatments that have some peptides & vitamin A/retinol. This is generally my routine.. hope it helps =)
btw I meant all of that as preventative measures. I highly doubt there is actually a product that diminishes lines completely, but I do believe in preventative treatments. Hopefully when I’m 30 or 40 I won’t see drastic changes in my skin… haha =)
i would recommend against retin-a. it turned my skin into scales.. and really dried it up.. i couldnt get rid of the scaly flakes.. even when i scrubbed my face. it was a nightmare.
Very interesting. I have had all the treatments mentioned so can speak from experience. Regarding Botox, if you have heavy wrinkles in the forehead, then brow drop is quite likely which looks and feels horrible. IPL light treatment is great if you don’t mind the pain. Pigmentment areas like age spots turn black before sloughing off – be warned! Smoking is probably as bad for skin as the sun so don’t smoke if you want nice skin folks!
yourrrr hott !
This was extremely useful advice, thanks for sharing.
Dear Wayne..
Thanks for being so informative.. I do have a question.. Can I use AHA chemical peeling combined with Retin A..? (In my case Retinol from Skin Ceuticals) I have heard it is to much for the skin .. Would really appreciate an answer..!

The truth is no person can say what is best for YOU.
You will need to try the product.
…….
Thank you so much for this video, very informative and enlightening! I am an advertisers dream who will try every new anti-ageing product that comes on the market … but at the end of the day they are not stopping the onset of fine lines and have just to my horror noticed my crows feet are more noticeable than ever!! I will look into the option of Retinol A as you’ve mentioned this has evidence it works. Thanks again!
